Welcome to Chapman Learning Center Daycare and Preschool where learning will be fun and creative. Chapman Learning Center Daycare and Preschool is located approximately 100 meters from Sir Francis Drakes High Way, up from the Towers’ Well through a red gate in a yellow building

Our Staff

Carol Ronan-Dawson is the Director of Chapman Learning Center Daycare and Preschool. Mrs. Dawson holds a BA in Sociology/Anthropology, Certificate in Early Childhood Education and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies. Mrs. Dawson has 14 years in teaching Sunday school and 6 years in teaching preschool and primary school. Mrs. Dawson is a former 1st grade and Kindergarten teacher.
